If you already have knowledge about your niche, then start a blog and share all your help and tips with other people.
If you have decided on a niche that you don't know much about but are passionate to learn yourself, then scour the internet for websites with all the information you wish to learn and use them to build your blog.
If you can find 20 of the best websites in your niche, then keep their addresses handy for quick reference.
NOTE : If you post an article from another website, you MUST post it verbatim (word for word) and you MUST put a link back to the source where you got it from.
This is known as posting links.

Blogging is the first step to your internet presence - you are building your brand - even if you have websites up already - you should always keep an up to date blog as your first means of communicating with the world wide web.
